Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period already paid.
2. Pay-as-you-go credits
Pay-as-you-go credits are sold as a digital product and are generally non-refundable once the licence key has been issued, save where required by law. Unused credits remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
3. Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)
Where the ECTA cooling-off provisions apply, you may cancel a qualifying electronic transaction within 7 days. This right does not apply once the Service has been activated/used or where otherwise excluded by law (for example, digital goods supplied and consumed).
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@rctdholdings.co.za with your account/company name and order reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Payment disputes
Payments are processed by PayFast. Disputed or failed payments may result in suspension of the relevant licence until resolved.
